Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation has distributed 3.45 million quintals of products of and services in the last eleven months of the fiscal year 2015. The amount of products and services that the corporation planned to sell in the domestic and foreign markets during the reporting period amounted to 4.45 million quintals, and 3.45 million quintals or 78 percent of the plan has been carried out.

Out of the total sales, the amount of different products that the corporation planned to sell in the country is 3.85 million quintals and the performance is 3 million quintals or 80 percent of the plan.

Tef, wheat, palm oil, corn and beans account for the largest share of marketed products.

In addition, the production of consumer goods planned to be marketed is 280 thousand quintals, and the amount sold during this period is 198 thousand quintals or 71 percent of the plan. Consumer products distributed for the public include personal and home hygiene products, edible palm oil and commodities.
